    Update: it’s working as expected April 2023 Was working great. Past week, I get “oops, something went wrong” in all my data feed in app. Then in the middle of the day, it works great for 2 hours. The website analytics still works great.

    This app was perfect. It worked day or night no Matt what. Now it just says error in all the areas where data used to be. It’s utter garbage now. How am o to get the good data I was seeing for months. And now it just stops working.

  • Terrible and useless mobile app

    Now that we’re being forced onto GA4 which is a bad decision in itself, I’m noticing just how lacking the mobile app is. It was only marginally useful for UA and almost pointless for GA4. That is, when it loads. I get all kinds of data errors on my GA4 property on mobile but UA loads fine and GA4 also runs fine on my computer.

    I know this isn’t an app meant for full featured analysis but… unless you run a simple e-commerce or lead generation business model this app won’t provide much actionable insight at all in the event you’re unable to access the web UI for deeper analysis. - no access to custom dimensions/metrics - no access to event detail reports - no ability to filter or customize cards to have more than one dimension - no visualizations to see trends outside overview reports - session metrics are just non existent If I could give the app 0 stars I would.

    Some of the key features are lacking in the Google Analytics 4 version in the mobile app. 1. Not being able to use any custom dimensions. 2. Not being able to filter data in various charts by Source. E.g. Filter data from organic views or sessions only.

    Good Layout, Good Design. But Wait, There Was Tons Of Problems With Signing In, Because It Didn’t Work. For The Past 3 Hours And A Half, It Never Worked, Nevertheless I Continued. Now Writing A Review And Bored. Please; Help Fix This Issue By Telling People. Hopefully People Reads This.
