  • Google One VPN on Windows is Broken

Google One VPN on Windows is Broken. The app constantly crashes and tries to reconnect. It worked very well for about 1 month. Even got on a chat with Google. Person I spoke with seemed to know just about as much as I did. Having me do stuff I already tried which is uninstalling and reinstalling apps. Given that I am paying for Google One, if the VPN portion doesn’t get fixed soon I’ll have to go with someone else. Not sure what’s up with Google the past few years, most of the software has been very buggy, that’s including Android. Google One on my iPhone has been doing the same thing which is constantly loosing connection and then trying to reconnect. Leaving the VPN connected ends up running into a hidden data limit. Id like to know what that is cause most of my connections come to a grinding halt on mobile.

Google tells me my storage is full so i clean up all emails, files, and photos. Only using 12.5G of the 15G provided and it still tells me I need go buy storage. Beginning to think it’s just a way to force you to buy storage unnecessarily.

Ever since I’ve updated to the latest update, the vpn will connect and immediately disconnect and will do this back and forth and won’t stop. I can’t even use it anymore.

So I have an IPhone 13, I updated my phone to latest update. As well I Paid for the Subscription, but still won’t give me the option to use the magic eraser.Support said there wasn’t anything they could do but give feedback. So if you have an iPhone don’t bother using it for the magic eraser option until they get it to actually work.

I’ve been having problems connecting the VPN and it’s really annoying. It says I’m offline when I’m on my own home Wi-Fi

I really enjoy the secure mobile network capability. To cruise around town on a secure network is awesome and very important to me $ my personal information on all my connected devices.
  • Unable to Disable VPN until App Ad Fully Loads

Will submit buganizer; but if you have low signal and you open the Google One App to Enable or Disable the VPn, you can’t until the app screen full loads. It seems to want to load my subscription status first, before it will allow me to disable or enable. however, it completely shows “Special Member Benefits” immediately after opening the app. in my situation i was needing to disable the VPN to load a webpage, i had one bar, and the app is just there hanging trying to fully draw the app UI, meanwhile i’m in a rush trying to just shut it off so that i could do what i needed to do, which would have worked with one bar of signal. however, one bar, going through a VPN, just took way too long. i ended up missing my opportunity to do what i needed to do.
