  • Really enjoying my fitbit

It’s been really enlightening insight. I do wish there was a way to take notes about the day though. As someone with a disability, not everyday is a full body battery day. Add the randomness everyone faces from car accidents to surgeries and it leads to a need to have a way to journal/note in connection to stats. Just for a more 360* health observation/ data collection.

  • Heart rate data not syncing to iPhone

I even purchased another charge 5 thinking that it was a HW problem only to find that the new unit also has the problem. That bit of isolation points to a problem with the SW. I’ve contacted tech support and have been told that new software (Fitbit app) will fix the issue but no update is available. It’s unfortunate since this feature is the reason I purchased the Fitbit. I’ll give the app a poor rating and hope that someday new SW will become available.

I like the info I can get from the app, especially steps per day and sleep breakdown. However, I haven’t been able to figure out how to track my meals.

This is my second Fitbit in over five years. It keeps me informed if something needs to be monitored a bit more closely. I’m 76 and like the A-Fib notification altho I currently have no problem it gives peace of mind.

I like the features of the app on the dashboard, and I like the exercises they provide. However I miss the challenges.
