  • Can’t rename or use an alias on my wife devices

I want to be able to rename all of the WiFi devices that are using my router. I have over 30 devices including smart speakers, cameras, tvs, etc. and the default name for all of them are very cryptic. Not able to rename all those devices. also makes it hard for me to see if someone is logged into my WiFi without me knowing it. Just being able to rename the router doesn’t get it.

I set an appointment for installation set my current Wi-Fi to cancel the day of… the Google team never showed up or contacted. Later that day I had to reach out. I found out they had cancelled my appointment. And won’t install for a couple more weeks. Without a definite date of installation. Be careful when planning with these guys. Hope the internet itself is worth it.

What a crap of an app. I have an web pass account and it doesn’t even let me log in even after selecting the option And I can’t believe they have a separate app and none of them work with each other What a disappointment

Latest version notes should read: “With this update we have made the app again do something other than take up space on your phone.” lol OG Review: Google Fiber internet is fast and good, when it works… but that’s for another review. This app is currently useless as it doesn’t detect I’m connected to a Google Fiber network and only shows options for signing up for service or checking availability.

Why is it too much to be able to download the PDF copy of each statement that the app already generates????

Downloaded the app, i entered my account email and tried to link it and it keeps going back to the log in screen. I deleted it and tried again and still didnt work. Called google to figure it out and they said it was the apps problem and they couldnt help me, i had to file a complaint through the app store. Tried that and it wont let me file a complaint, so i called apple and they said you can only file complaints for paid subscriptions. So they recommended i call google. Im pretty annoyed and just want the app to work.
  • Totally Useless

I used to use this app all the time and found it very useful. Now, after the last update, it is useless and is broken. I am stuck on the check availability and switch account screen which I can never get passed. I even contacted Google Fiber support and their only answers were to power cycle my phone or uninstall and reinstall the app. Both things I had already tried. At least the web version works…for now.

Your latest update from a week ago broke the app. I’m signed in but only options are to check availability or switch accounts. I can no longer use the app functions to reset my router.
