  • No interaction with iMessage or Apple HealthKit

    By Mike6294
How is it possible this app still doesn't support iMessage or Apple Health? I would have thought this would have been a priority in version 1.
  • Worked better on Android

    By Haley 9.3.10
I recently had a Samsung phone and used this app on my Fossil watch with no problems, and now my watch is almost never connected to my phone. I constantly am reconnecting. The interface could use an update as well. I wish I could personalize my watch faces like I can on the watch, but in the app.
  • Will not sync for activity

    By Pooketta
I’ve tried countless times to get my Fossil watch to sync my google fit activity to the Wear app and it doesn’t work. My app always shows 0 activity. Needs a lot of functionality improvements.
  • Horrible...

I bought a few smart watches because I thought you could send messages/make calls since they all say compatible with iphone/android come to find out.... none of the functions really work with an iphone very disappointed. I def dont want to switch to android... ive been waiting for years for the “update” that will finally allow my watch and my iphone to be compatible.. i was always mad at the watch company but im starting to realize its the app more or less because the android app with the watch works perfectly fine! You guys need to get it to work this is ridiculous
  • Google puede hacer mucho más por este app

  • Apple needs to do better

    By Karamelkia
I get that Apple wants you to use their products only but if you are going to offer Google products it should be held to the same standard. It’s not your watch it’s this app!!!!! I had zero problems when connected to my Galaxy but this IPhone always has an issue
  • Connection

    By Kika979
I sat and was messing with this app for my iPhone. I took my watch back 3 times thinking it was my watch. I have a MK Sophie watch. It will connect for a few minutes and than disconnect. I can never keep my watch connected longer than 5 min. I hope this gets fixed.
  • Works great

Don’t know why there is so many issues amongst people, it’s pretty straightforward; set up with the app and your Android sw and it’ll stay connected. Have had no issues receiving texts or calls, and putting custom watch faces on the device (Ticwatch E series). I think the low reviews come from people who haven’t taken the time to set up properly.
  • Absolutely horrible.

I have a Tag Connected and this app is useless. Set up watch. Then it disconnects. Cannot reconnect without wiping watch and set up again. Then it does it again. Repeat. Really really bad. Fix this google.
  • Works very well on my iPhone XR

So I've seen some bad reviews. I've personally had almost no issues with my Fossil Q Explorist 3rd Gen. Sure, it doesn't reply to iMessages, texts, or Instagram. However, it replies to messenger and telegram without issue. It also syncs fitness data and notifications without issue. My one thing is that I wish Google would integrate with HealthKit so my steps sync over to the native health app. Otherwise, loving the experience.
