  • Pages disappear after every update

If you’re going to update your app, you should at least make sure the update is going to work first. My newest opened pages have disappeared after the latest update every time I close the iPad down. This seems to be a frequent problem with updates. I also wish the pages would remain until I decided to delete them, and that we could save bookmarks from there. Is there not a setting to change these? I’ve tried to find one with no luck. I prefer the app over opening safari, but I always end up needing to.

  • Google freeze-ups

Lately on several occasions google has frozen on one page and nothing will break it loose. I’ve had to delete the app and reload it to start over. Most recently I googled Newt Gingrich and Atlantic Magazine to read an article. Article read, and there is no turning it off.
  • Horrible App (FIX THE BUG!)

Ever since the last two updates, the google app randomly refreshes and deletes that I had open and replaces them with ones I closed days before. The only way to get them back is to go into My Activity every time I go into the app. There was never any fix for it and three upgrades later they still haven’t fixed this bug. I even tried deleting the app and installing it again. It got so annoying I just got rid of it and stick to Safari now.

Even if you log in to the Wall Street Journal, the app doesn’t process the cookies properly to allow access to WSJ content. Please fix.
  • Awesome browser but...

It’s an awesome browser. Loads fast, less hassle to deal with when you want to do a quick search but It tracks everything you do. I don’t feel too confident using it from a privacy point of view. I’ve started using firefox ever since discovering that fact.
