    Constantly being knocked out of the app. Have to keep reconnecting with four digit code. I’m jut going to purchase another remote.

    I constantly have to fool with this app to get it to work. Every. Single. Time. 99% of the time it won’t connect so I have to close out the app, wait 10 seconds, open it back up and try again. Usually, the seventh attempt it’ll work. Sometimes I have to completely shut down my phone and restart it to get the app to work. Complete nonsense!!!

    This is a good app when you can get it to connect. It’s a gamble wether it will one minute to the next. It constantly drops connection and asks for codes. At first I thought it was my fire stick until it did it with a new one as well. Then I look toward my WiFi connection but it has not dropped connection in 4 months. Only points to one other option… the app. Now as of today it will not connect at all. Guess I’ll try one of the off brand apps.

    I have to reconnect or exit out the app often to use it as a remote. They probably programmed it this way on purpose to force you to buy a new remote.

    This app is terrible. Never works. Do yourself a favor and use whatever app comes with your tv. It probably works… and much better to boot.
