    So I live in a smaller city next to a large city. They merge. Online it says the bigger city has Amazon flex available. I put in the zip code for the smaller city, and it says the program is not available then proceeds to lock me out from doing anything. You should be able to change the zip code… terrible app.

    I just got an email saying I’ve been terminated for the amount of people not receiving there packages but I’d make sure the package was in a safe location or that it was handed by the customer. There’s no way of them proving that other than the customers word, your “status” on your profile is based on if the customer said they received there package or not. Amazon does not care about there workers. Save yourself the frustration and time.

    App cant even let me log in for some reason sometimes, stuck on loading screen, I always have to delete and redownload app it’s ridiculous its such a pain when I am working
  • App very unreliable and buggy

    The app has network issues very often and unlike any other Amazon product. The app has disconnected several times before I check in, causing me to miss my blocks.
  • Payment stolen

    Yes, as you read on the title they stole one of my payments. I had two blocks on the same day, but the system had an error and didn’t register one of them, so even when I checked in with my driver’s license and the station has the history of that, even when I took a screenshot during my block time and sent it to them. They just don’t care and they took away my payment without even investigating well. They don’t have a team who cares about drivers, every answer is by default. So, if there is an error from the system, be aware of that you will have to pay the consequences. Because they won’t do nothing at all.
  • Pickup errors

    I have twice now had errors with picking up a route where the system would not accept my drivers license stating it does not match what is on file. Issue has been escalated, but Amazon has failed to compensate me for those route issues which were no fault of my own. I have wasted time and gas coming to do a routes that would not allow me to pick them up.
  • Good but needs improvement

    Love the app for delivering and majority of the time the directions are spot on. However, too many issues with app freezing up-especially when getting ready to load up. With us given short periods of time to scan and load our vehicles, this is most frustrating. Please try and work on this.
