AtoZ is nice feature, when it operational! Most times the system is slow or unavailable. A nice new feature for FLEX would be an option to combine a ten hour day online the app.
  • New UI could be much better

New UI is atrocious. Seems as there was effort to cut down on tabs one had to go through but instead of that happening it now opens a pop up - which usually has the same content and layout that was previously displayed on a readily accessible tab before the update. Font and tab sizes are almost halved in the Pay section making it incredibly difficult to read and is taken up by a useless graphic upon opening. Finally, UI isn’t optimized for all screen resolutions - especially in the now flushed out timecard tab.

I uninstalled this app because I feel like Amazon is accessing info they shouldn’t be. Such as phone conversations and text.

  • Can’t see pay

The problem with this app is that if something is wrong you can’t get it fixed. I use to be able to see my pay break down for the week now I can’t. Also I don’t get shift notifications for VET/VTO and there is no where to go to get help.

Working and having an app like this to request time off immediately is such a great convenience.
  • Horrible

Worst thing that Amazon has come up with , the app seems to work against you rather then helping you . It’s constantly racking up your points for no reason , forcing you to waste your time on the phone with HR , Your supposed to be able to drop any shift 16 hours before the start of that shift , but this app sneakily locks you in to some shifts not giving you the option to drop . If you can’t get a shift because there aren’t any available, you’ll get a point for that week due to no fault of your own , it’s unethical and should be against the law .
