Description

*Before purchasing, please check the system requirements below* Satellite Reign is a real-time, class-based strategy game, set in an open-world cyberpunk city. You command a group of 4 agents through rain-soaked, neon-lit streets, where the law is the will of mega-corporations. Use your agents to sneak, shoot, steal, and sabotage your way up the corporate ladder, and take control of the most powerful monopoly of all time. Each of your agents can be tailored toward your favoured play-style, while still maintaining their own unique specialisations. Shape your team into an offensive war machine, or an elite covert spec-ops outfit, and take the open-world city as your own. Open World The city of Satellite Reign is one big, open playground. No individual levels to pick between, the whole world can be explored seamlessly. Uncover new missions while you explore, and pick and choose which objectives you want to tackle. Customise your Team Each of your four agents can be tailored to suit your play style. Choose their skills, weapons, gear, augmentations, and even their genetic base by cloning exceptional individuals from the general population. Multiple Strategies There's no 'right-way' to complete your objectives. The world has been designed to facilitate emergent gameplay, allowing you to choose from and combine a wide range of strategic options. Sneak in through ventilation shafts, hack doors, take out power generators, hijack the minds of guards, or just blow the front door down. Countless opportunities await. Can’t get past the startup screen on a 2017 15” MacBook Pro...
  • Unplayable for many Mac users.

Like many others I was quite excited about playing this game. I was a huge Syndicate fan as a kid. However this game will not operate on my Macbook Pro. Program launches to a poorly-sized menu screen that does not allow you to click on menu buttons. Many other Mac users have experienced this problem.
  • Update: Got it working and looks and plays great!

This is a pretty cool game! I had issues at first trying to start the game because I didn’t see a cursor to enter name, but all I needed to do was start typing. With that said I must say Satellite Reign Is visually awesome and the gameplay very easy to pickup. like others have mentioned there is sort of a XCOM element here in RTS where each character specializes in a skill that others may not. By far I have not experienced any issues the game plays really great on my iMac. Thanks MP Digital for porting this to the Mac Store.

This is a reasonable reboot of syndicate wars, which I really enjoyed playing. I do wish the gameplay was better.

What a waste of money. The app is slow, clunky and really buggy. Characters keep getting stuck. Unplayable, don’t buy this.

This game runs well on my MacBook 12, which doesn’t meet the minimum requirements according to the listing. Obviously I’m not running highest settings, but it’s still very playable and enjoyable on my 1.1ghz notenook.
  • Worth it.

Wasn’t sure of it at first. But give it a day and you’ll find yourself coming back. The story is kinda hard to follow, but what makes this game awesome is versatility. You go stealth, use your snipe, or go balls to the wall and kill everything in site to complete your mission. Or do a combination. It’s your choice. Plays great on my Mac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2014).

I was able to play the game once after re-installing. However, the game wont launch into a full screen. I’m able to see the game load and hear it but it’s in a windowed screen that wont respond. Many Mac users have this issue and I have not seen a patch or fix at this time.

This game is one of my favorites, and I’ve only had it for 2 days! The gameplay is a combination of xcom, metal gear solid, and gta, and does this combination very well. My only real complaints are that the load times are extreamly long and that sometimes units will not move to cover and stand in the open, but the latter can be solved by clicking again. UPDATE: Some other people are saying they can’t play because they don’t have a multi-button mouses. You can solve this by simply remaping the controls from the system menu.
