I had the same save corruption that everyone else has had. I really like this game and have a lot of fun with it. i would like to see iut back on the mobile App Store. I hope the devs are working to fix this issue. Once they do i will update my review.
  • Fantastic Game, Bug losses data

The gameplay is fantstic. It’s addicting. However after one or two logins, all the data gets lost and the game prompts you to start over. Just like all the other reviews say… This needs to be fixed. Not worth the money until this gets fixed.

I bought the game hoping I would get lucky and that the data reset thing wouldn’t happen to me. Well, on my third log in after several upgrades and purchases I lost everything. It takes a while to get these things so that was frustrating. So while I like the game itself, I can’t recommend the game until they fix it.

  • DEFINITE NEW FAVORITE, but has some issues

This is definitely my new favorite game. However, I just sent an email to the developers with one of the issues I’m experiencing (the data reset other users have reported). So I won’t be playing it anymore until they get that sorted out. Besides that, the 10 hours and 25 episodes I was able to spend (on two log-ins—the third log-in, everything was reset) were well worth the $15 and I CAN’T WAIT until they fix that—I’ll be right back on. So it’s up to you, whether you want to spend the money and blitz through or come back later and see if they’ve updated it. First, what I LOVE about Breach and Clear: The (not super gory, thank you) zoomed-in final-shot videos at the end of an episode. The tremendous graphics overall—excellent, beautiful, highly appealing graphics. The dot system which makes for tremendous ease of use. The view cone graphics, very pleasant. The awesome array of guns and add-ons and gear available, with all their different stats. The variety of character types (Fireteam Leader, Weapons Sergeant, Breacher, Medic, Direct Action, Intelligence) and the stat upgrade system. The neat tactics available (Suppress Fire, Throw and Go, Stabilize, Door Wedge, Stat Boost, Sprint). The diversity of enemies. The different Special Ops forces represented on the squad screen (really cool--I like the SAS and the KSK the best, for the evasion bonus and special bonus respectively.) All unlike any game I’ve ever played (granted, I don’t get around much, but still). There are definitely some quirks. — When creating your squad(s), you can’t undo a click yet, so you have to get it right or else you start again. It’s pretty simple, so not a big deal. — Base/weapon/gear stats—you can’t see a total for your character and the marketplace screen is difficult to maneuver if you’re trying to compare stats for what you have on with what you want to buy. — The concepts of “health” and “speed” are a bit nebulous right now, they don’t have context becasue there is no total stat screen. If I buy a skullcap that gives me +0.25m/s but +0 health, how much better is that than the SPEAR MBS Vest which has -0.8m/s and +175 health? — The breach options stopped showing up after the second episode, which wasn’t a big deal—totally possible to beat the episode anyway, and I did every time—but I couldn’t rearrange my stackup to put the breacher in front of the medic before I breached, for example. — Gameplay: something that’s very realistic didn’t make it in: I can’t move a column forward. If two guys are behind cover and I want guy #1 to move up and guy #2 to take guy #1’s spot behind cover, I can’t click on the dot below guy #1 to land a waypoint for guy #2. It selects guy #1 instead. So I have to settle for putting guy #2 where he can hardly see forward or else out in the path with no cover at all. And that doesn’t make sense because guy #1 has “already" moved up, so his spot is technically vacant. Again, I never lost an episode on normal difficulty, so it wasn’t a super-big deal, but a little annoying. — Gameplay: Double-check the area for all enemies or use the Sit Rep option. I lost a couple of guys because I could barely see the red circle beneath an enemy behind cover or in a corner—no silhouettes. All that said, this is definitely my new favorite and I’ll be back on as soon as they fix the data reset issue. I can totally live with the rest after that. But if they implemented these changes… man, oh, man. This game would be WICKED AWESOME.

This game is absolutely amazing. I spent hours playing it, only to open it back up and have to start over. I really hope this gets fixed soon. One of my favorite games.

Was having fun, but experienced what the other reviewers mentioned. After several hours of play time, I opened the application and all of my progress was gone. Please fix this game and I will play again. Until then, I’m not wasting my time.
  • Starts over randomly.

This is a great game. However, this version starts over randomly. When you go to open the game, you are prompted to pick your squad - just like you are when you first launch the game. I would really like to see an update soon.

Every few times I open the game it starts over as if it’s the first time I’m playing. All my xp, squads, and equipment is gone...
