Description

Gris is a hopeful young girl lost in her own world, dealing with a painful experience in her life. Her journey through sorrow is manifested in her dress, which grants new abilities to better navigate her faded reality. As the story unfolds, Gris will grow emotionally and see her world in a different way, revealing new paths to explore using her new abilities. GRIS+ is a serene and evocative experience, free of danger, frustration or death. Players will explore a meticulously designed world brought to life with delicate art, detailed animation, and an elegant original score. Through the game light puzzles, platforming sequences, and optional skill-based challenges will reveal themselves as more of Gris’s world becomes accessible. GRIS+ is an experience with almost no text, only simple control reminders illustrated through universal icons. The game can be enjoyed by anyone regardless of their spoken language.

Game is beautiful and so is the music. However, I only made it to the red scene and encountered a bug that doesn’t allow me to continue. The game doesn’t allow me to jump on a required platform and instead she falls straight through it every time.

What an Absolutely beautiful game and the non-verble story telling aspects as well! What an amazing way to present a games story with the visuals, music and style of the game all complementing eachother so perfectly!

Artistic 2D scrolling adventure. No enemies. Not bad. Does not currently support game controller haptics/vibration and does not support the Switch Pro Controller.
  • Love this game, but buggy.

I played this game months ago on a console and I finished it in one go due to how much I loved it. It’s one of the most, if not the most beautiful yet simple games with wonderful meaning, so you can imagine how excited I was when I saw that there was a mobile version of the game. It’s good, it flows well etc… it’s just that the jump command sometimes doesn’t work. You shouldn’t have to jump five times to get onto something that you very obviously have to jump on. It’s a little frustrating, but overall I’m happy that this game is on here.

Love the game. Feels like what you'd get if Alto's Odyssey and Monument Valley had a baby. Only complaint is that it doesn't actually remember custom keyboard controls so you have to remap them in settings literally every time you open the game if you'd rather use the arrow keys like a civilized person rather than asdw like an animal.

This game is very beautiful. It has magnificent and unique settings. Watercolors. For those who are reading this, I read everyone’s one-star reviews. In the beginning, Gris had just experienced a sad moment in her life, and when she is on the white sand she is too sad to move. Just make her get up, keep holding the walk button, and although she falls down once you let go of the button, keep going. After a cloud she collapses once again, but when she gets up, she kind of slaps her forehead and Gris will start to run normally.

Gorgeous art, was totally blown away, the great quality. It is fairly short but that’s okay. The puzzles were really good, some were challenging to me but not too bad. Only thing I wish is that you could skip cutscenes, especially if you already watched them and are just replaying it gets annoying. I also wish after finishing that you could view how much you’ve completed of each level without walking around to the wall carvings. Thank you for the amazing game!
