  • Stops at spot

    I played the first time for 10 hours. Then when I go to play and have to choose the puzzle (only having one choice in the puzzle tree), it then refused to load. I restarted the game but reached the same issue after four hours of play time.

    I’m a big Doctor Who fan. I really wanted to like this game. However the game has several game breaking bugs. more than once I needed to restart from the beginning because I got stuck on a puzzle that would only partially load. It would stick on the loading screen, regardless if I force, quit and restarted or not. I was able to restart my game more than once and was able to skip the original pitfall that I had. However, I round into the same issue later in the game. After having more than 20 hours into the game, this kind of game breaking bug with loading a level should not happen.

    Haven’t been able to play in months now and very disappointed that the fix will be in the next release. Four months since a release? Seriously not happy. And I’m a huge Dr Who fan.

    I’ve played lots of it and now it freezing up at the same part and I can’t move forward. So sad please do an update soon.

    Have played twice now and really enjoy the game. Both times I have reached a spot where the next levels will simply not load and the game locks on the loading screen.

    I enjoyed this game, and then it started freezing on the Face of Boe section. I accidentally took a branch that could only be that game, and now the game no longer works at all. I sent a message to customer support. What I got back was essentially, oops; we’ll work on that. Are you satisfied with your answer? No, because it’s not been playable for a month. If they ever fix it, I’ll be glad to change my review. Until then, though, it’s worthless.

  • Fun but No Tech Support

    I was enjoying this game but found a glitch in the game that has kept me from going any further. I’m about 2/3 of the way through the game. I contacted tech support several times but still have not heard back from them a couple of weeks later. Disappointed that I probably will not be able finish the game because no one got back to me to help me out. Thus the 2 stars.
