  • Works, but needs updates

The client works reasonably well for just connecting to hosts, but really desperately needs an update to the UI to work with iPad Pro and iPhone X display differences. It’s silly that I can only use about 80% of the display on my iPad Pro.

Please support iPhone X and later!
  • It works, but more Microsoft than Apple for the polishing

Main gripe is it doesn’t support resolutions on the latest iPads. It hasn’t been updated in over a year. Get with it Microsoft.

You have to know how to perform NAT commands on your home or office router to open the ports required and map them correctly. THIS IS NOT A PLUG AND PLAY SOLUTION. YOU MUST UNDERSTAND NETWORKING TO GET IT TO WORK RIGHT. But once you set it up right, it works great.

Still has the old view, not for iPhone 10 or 11.

I was not able to utilize multiple screen as I have 3. You only seem to be able to stay on the main screen. I did not see option to switch in between. If this functionality is added it’ll be the perfect app!

Just had to download this app, because corporate took EBS off of Citrix. After using EBS on Citrix for years this is like going back to caveman functionality I did not use landscape mode there is not enough room on the screen to type and see what your doing. Also can’t scroll around on the page to the part of the entry you want to use. Doesn’t have zoom in or out with fingers. I have a iPhone 6S+ which I could do my time entry, notes, open and close work orders ect. It was a real time save. I’m probably going to have fire the computer back up for most of the stuff except maybe time entry if I can see the crazy screen. This is just a big bummer.
