  • Will not sync emails older than 30 days

    By Mmc75074
Like the app except for one fatal flaw...can’t sync emails older than 30 days. I have folders where I store important emails and this outlook for iOS app will not show those older emails stored prior to installing the app. But worse, going forward it will only sync the last 30 days of emails in storage folders. What if I need to reference an email 31,days old? I am out of luck. DEAL BREAKER FOR ME!
  • Maximum Sync 30 days - AWFUL

I have been using this app for nearly two years, struggling to deal with its peculiarities, specifically around its limitations on syncing. I cannot handle it anymore! Microsoft has been “reviewing” syncing beyond 30 days for over three years with no changes in sight. I’ve had to dump the app because it’s unbelievable that a business app would not have the most fundamental functionality. I need to have access to all my mail, it seems like a simple option!
  • The team in charge of this app should be fired

EVERY. SINGLE. UPDATE. BREAKS SOMETHING MAJOR! This time is message counts, being able to type a message and putting everything in the draft folder even after it’s been sent. This is the worst mail client possible at this time because each update isn’t tested before it’s released. Everyone that uses this app is the beta tester and support is terrible about addressing all of the breaks happening. It appears if you use Exchange or O365, you’re fine. Too bad for everyone else, Microsoft doesn’t care.
  • App keeps crashing

    By krogersk
After this latest update the app opens then immediately crashes. Uninstall/install does nothing.
  • Mostly Worthless

    By trafty7
The app runs smooth, looks fine, and functions for the most part...until you realize it will only show about a half of your emails (and that’s a generous estimate). Scrolling through inbox or searching doesn’t show all emails. It’s becomes a useless app when traveling for work and your phone is only way to access emails at the time.
  • Shoot me now!!

Somewhere along the road this went from best to worst....they basically opened the doors for Gmail by destroying what was working so well. I never get my mail through this app. I get loads of email that should be spam in my inbox and all the good mail get tucked away in some secret space like a clue in a scavenger hunt. I have missed more opportunities and deadlines thank to this stupid app. My daughter almost had to repeat a grade in school because of important emails I missed from her principal. Run!!! ....quick as you can to Gmail. I will keep my email with outlook for nostalgic reasons.... and who knows, maybe they will hire someone to eventually fix the mess this is. Just Incase your thinking “well, she is probably just a moron and doesn’t know crap about how to fix an email account” ... think again and admit that Outlook is my old granny panties that sit in the corner of my draw just waiting for laundry day.... Old, worn out, and ready for the landfill.
  • Buggy pile of ....

When it works, it works fine. It tends to freeze before opening, lock up after opening becoming unresponsive to any input and runs slow sometimes. I thought Microsoft was getting its act together but this app does not reflect that. Probably not your best choice for email.
  • Many Issues Following Update

    By Cbfc77
Since the latest update, the app keeps crashing and resetting when I switch between applications. Attachments also keep failing to open. My calendar and inbox say they are empty. Please fix!
  • Aliases disappeared

    By redkay1
There used to be an advanced settings where you could add your alias emails in gmail. It disappeared now. Now, I can’t send from my preferred alias email. It is very annoying when simple features are removed without any kind of notification.
