  • Needs ability to control menus

    For the most part, this app works pretty well although sometimes it hangs while it is trying to connect. It would be SO much better if you could control the time the mouse need to be at the top or bottom of the screen before the Apple menu and docking bar pop up. I'm constantly fighting these menus as they pop up way to quickly whenever I try to get to menus in the remote window. This battle gets very tiring, very quickly. Could there be a setting that controlls how long they take to pop up?
  • When It Works, It's Pretty Good

    Lately I've been getting a lot of hangs requiring me to force quit the app. I've tried this on three different Macs all with the same result. This has been my life-saver during the time of virus shut-in. But now it's gotten unreliable, and I've ever tried using the beta, with no better results. I'm hoping Microsoft can figure out what's going on , as I rely on remote connection to my server.
  • WHy would I want to switch

    Nothing but bad reviews and you are telling me that version 8 will downgraded and not supported? I would rather wait for you to fix 10 and keep 8 and wait for you to kill it first. No way!!
  • RDP links no longer opening

    The RDP app has been working well for a long time, but all of a sudden it is erroring out when trying to connect to the same PC I have been for a while. The same thing happened to the iOS version a while back and they were able to fix it quickly. Hopefully they can fix this one as well.
  • Refuses to accept keyboard input

    Unfortunately, this app suddenly stopped taking keyboard input. Instead each keystroke is met with the macOS error sound. The remote PC takes inputs just fine when I used remote desktop from my Windows tablet. Big let down.
  • Constant freezing/lag

    When it works, it works. I normally remote into my work machine right behind me and then I sometimes launch apps in the Workspaces section. At least once or twice a day it starts to freeze up and it affects my whole computer. Also, it always revs up the fans on my Mac, even after a restart.
  • Buggier with each update

    This app used to work fine. Now it seems to get buggier with each update. It now just randomly locks up while connected to a remote computer. Have to force quit it. It's even caused my MBP to crash on a couple of occasions.

    Always always always canot access MY Windows 10 PC,but It can access by using IOS and Android device with the same account or information.I never find the reason,suspicion my Mac Port occupation? remind me:We couldn't connect to the remote PC because the PC can't be found. Please provide the fully-qualified name or the IP address of the remote PC, and then try again.Error code: 0x104
  • Constant problems authenthicating

    Ever since the new update I've had nothing but problems trying to authenticate and remote in. I've reinstalled the app on my Macbook three times and I have to close the app on my phone every time I try to login because otherwise the notification won't pop up to authenticate.
