    I like the content..the tracks are great. I paid the $20 to unlock all tracks. BUT the thing crashes EVERY TIME you try to modify your playlist. I have to uninstall, reinstall and redownload EVERY time I need to make a change. NOT worth the $20 for that kind of hassle no matter how good the tracks are.

    I am hoping I can come back soon & update to 5stars & not end up having to lower my rating. I gave 4stars due to quality & ease of use-Rachel Meadows has some other programs I've used in past-this & a few other new ones I downloaded recently to try the free session & see if its worth paying for additional sessions. This one I Especially Need-This Exact Program & The Procrastination & self help programs to rid negative energy & feel positive. I love that I can Loop & please Always keep looping ability otherwise I wouldn't even bother-I can say I fell asleep fairly quickly the 3nights I played this program-I have insomnia & although I use other sleep aids-they don't always work so when I played this App I was fast asleep & it looped all night as I set it too-however, I woke up not feeling happy at all-then 2nd morning I woke up & listened to the program mostly before I nodded back off but again I had a terrible negative unhappy day-a few days later I tried again & it must've played 8-10 times in a row & I woke up again in the same negative not happy feeling-I am Trying to be positive-I am using crystals, aromatherapy, gratitude journal, brainwaves-but ever since mid Feb when my relationship with my BF of 7 months Changed for worse-everything started going down & he was previously a great source of positivity & happiness in my life-I finally decided not to let his negativity affect me & started focusing solely on myself more recently to get my happy back but now all I've noticed is suddenly he seems happier-nicer-more willing to try-Whereas b4 he seemed he could care less-like he was possessed by negative energy-I even Sage smudged the house & felt worse after-set hair on fire & dropped candlewax(used to light sage) all over couches. Ughh. I know overnight results are not often but I've had success with her programs in the past for good luck & positivity after playing over & over all night & also during parts of day-the real results took a few weeks but the positive small steps started immediately-so I at least expected to feel better when I woke up & not still be stressing over same things & not wanting to get dressed & do anything I need to or like to do-instead procrastinating & dwelling & keep finding more negativity-more things to anger me, make me sad, lonely, depressed, hurt. BTW-I am in pain Mngmt & have had a lot of difficulties after accident from pain to anxiety to cognitive issues but after a few miserable wasted years I finally felt my life was starting over for the better & it all led me to the better place I got to-I wanted it to keep getting better & tried to continue with affirmations-journaling-but then some weeks I didn't as other things got in the way-pain issues-toothache-headaches-fatigue-sudden bloat after being too skinny & feeling blah-lowering self confidence-Ok well THATS enough but as you can see-I have not yet received the beneficial results I hope to achieve from this & I've been using other similar ones-I played Positive affirmations all night long & started my day with a morning meditation on compassion-gratitude-perfect day-blessings-I actually felt better but then mid-day the funk came back.
