    I’ve been trying to update the app for more than 15 minutes now. The app will not let me play unless I update, but it refuses to update. None of my other apps are having this issue. It’s too hard to get ahead in this game for me to waste much more time on it. Fix it or it’s getting deleted.

    I have logged in through Facebook and save my progress. Cool. Done it for many games/apps and whatever. But WHY the last 2 months do I have to log in every time I open the monopoly go app. It’s getting to be annoying to the point I’m ready to just delete it. Fix the problem. I can’t be the only one. I’d love to give it more stars but for this alone it wouldn’t even get one but I can’t give zero so here we are.

    This game is fun but ultimately pay to play if you want to get anywhere. After spending an embarrassing amount of money on the game, one would think scopely could afford more customer service representatives to answer chat message in less than 24 hours. I’ve lost my account progress randomly a few times now and can’t even get in touch with a representative to help recover my account I’ve spent a small fortune on

    The game cool and all but to many updates for me to get the same thing not enough of nothing to complete the sets with the cards just a lot of duplicate cards might get lucky and complete a set not enough dice

    with every upgrade there’s a downgrade and I simply don’t like it 😭 like the Galaxy pack. 1000 star vault. I barely wanna play anymore & I genuinely liked this game at first.

    For the Most part I really enjoy this game! I do wish for a couple of things. I feel like we should be able to trade gold cards with other players for other gold cards. Also I feel like there should be more opportunities to get rolls and one more thing maybe give us a little longer on events so we can complete them. I always come close but never can due to the lack of rolls and lack of time. Overall though I love this game and play it everyday! 😀

    This game was fun in the beginning, but the more I play, the more I see similarities with the real world slot machine version I've seen in small gambling establishments. For us that know, slots have an algorithm of diminishing returns with jackpots being outliers. This is beat for beat how this app game works, but instead of putting money in the machine to chase that win, you have to buy rolls... which is the same thing... and don't be fooled, to win you have to spend money, and the more money you spend the harder the chase. This is how gambling addiction works, and how manufacturers hook you. For context, I'm right around 5000 net worth and have never been able to completely finish out an event, come in 1st, or claim a grand prize playing 2x a day for the better part of a month. Update: coincidentally and amusingly, 24 hours after I wrote the original review I became ridiculously lucky -- I couldn't get a bad roll if I tried and I was able to generate 2k more net worth in a week. Since then my luck is consistently and impossibly bad. Whether developers gave me a "boost" to hook me again, or I just hit one of those gambling win streaks (more likely) I'll probably give up on this soon... better games to spend my time on.     They wouldn’t restore my account. I provided receipts of purchases made…the account id number…screenshots of the level I was on and even showed where the account was created in 2023 and y’all can’t seem to compare my picture with the one on my account. I can see my account from other accounts made but I have no access to mine anymore. It’s sad especially because I was 3 cards from finishing the last album. I’m requesting a refund of my previous purchases since I can’t get back into the account where the purchases were made WITH A RECEIPT. I really enjoyed the game and now I refuse to redownload it and start at 0 when I was at over 8000 with many shields especially seasonal ones.

    Game just made me do an update and now nothing works. Can’t roll the dice, can’t change the dice multipler, can’t get into my showroom! Please please fix this!!!
