  • Great at first

Horrifically homophobic and High School now but it didn’t start as that.
  • Zero Accountability and Horrible Customer Service.

    By Lordgreystoke1961
This is gamer beware. If you have problems with glitches in the game that prove detrimental to you, do not expect customer service to do anything other than pay lip service and ignore any problems. They are customer “service” in name only. In my opinion, they should be renamed scopely excuses and lip service. While you hopefully will not have to deal with these people, expect that if you do you will come away frustrated and very negative about them and this game. Also, please do not fall for the line “free to play”. This game is definitely not free to play. Expect to find yourself overpaying for ships, resources and other various items. At the end of the day, if you are lucky you will get to interact with players who make the experience enjoyable. However, also bear in mind that, in my opinion, scopely and it’s functionaries definitely do not belong in that category.
  • Waste of time

    By lui phui
Unless you log on constantly and renew your peace shield, your base will be looted by other players and all of the hours you spent gathering resources will be wasted. Horrible design that makes an otherwise fun experience stressful and disappointing. I am out and will not be back.
  • Waste of time

    By hakdbyelocbagjnxorg2840
I’ve been playing this game for almost a year and take it from me don’t waste your time. The game performance is pretty bad. The constant lag and freezing is frustrating. I probably have to shut my game 20 times a day. They’re having to merge servers because of the amount of players leaving causing even worse lag and game performance. Any ratings above 3 stars are either bots or players that haven’t played for any significant time. I’m getting ready to delete/ deactivate my account. The pay for play players act as bullies and constantly harass the lower players. To make things worse the customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced from mobile game.
  • New update, same problems

App still locks up after a short time. Guess I will need to find a new game, since you do not want to fix this one.
  • Garbage

    By Kool_Kid42103
I just downloaded this game and I can’t even get past the tutorial because the game is so buggy. I wish I could actually play the game and not be stuck on the tutorial with no button to click for the next mission. If I could rate this lower I would
  • Open play is the best…NOT

    By Wicked User
Do you like Star Trek, well get ready to hate it. We’ll, at least hate everyone else on the planet that played this game anyway. Do you enjoy returning to a game only to find your ship/s destroyed. Well this game has you covered. Do you like the idea of captaining the NCC 1701 Enterprise, well get ready to control every “C” team ship instead. I haven’t recognized one ship yet save perhaps the Mayflower and a handful of other ships. Just don’t expect to be having anything to do with them soon. If this game was skinned in any other sci-fi look I’d give it a higher rating. For a Star Trek game though not a chance. Log in…ship/s destroyed. Want to do some mining…ship destroyed. Some missions…ship destroyed. Can’t wait for the level when my log in consists of waiting for my realization that my base has been destroyed. Good times…Asshats! Want to fix it, create a solo mode. That way all the fatherless players living in their mothers basements will stop taking out their life’s frustrations on my mining ship.
  • Better bring your wallet

Game is completely unfair unless you spend money. Like ALOT of money. I’m not talking to just $10 or $20 here or there. Prob costs thousands of dollars if you really want to have a good time. And surprisingly lots of people do it. So if you don’t spend money, you’re not gonna have much fun
  • Augment D3 and Legionary need cloaking ability!!

    By royce411
I will revise this review to a 5 star rating, once the cloaking ability has been enabled for the Augment D3 and Legionary. It’s ridiculous that individuals who have chosen the Federation path must wait until they build an Enterprise, to enjoy the cloaking feature. Many, many players have missed out on Arc events and daily goals because there is no direct way to get a cloaked ship (especially if those players are below level 34). I have been a loyal player for nearly 3 years, and enjoy playing the game daily, however this oversight by the developer is pretty absurd.

All those 5 stars are from paid people to write them. I know i was one of them. It’s so expensive to play you better have $10,000 Dollars just to blow. No kidding. If you dont spend $1000 a week you are wasting your time and should just play candy crush. Check out the review online from Wikipedia. It says pretty much what i just said. Thousands of dollars to play in the bottom class players
