    Their app support system is awful. My smart light is not recognized even after multiple resets, the app is unresponsive. Moreover, if I try the same thing in another Android I have, Lenovo apparently does not support any latest Android generation after 12, which is 3-4 year old. And the customer support also can’t help with this. Will never buy any Lenovo smart accessories is the future.

    used app for lenovo wireless lightbulb. bulbs keep flickering. unable to login to app. won’t let me reset login. now the app just force closes even though it’s a new phone and paged everything

    Crashes as soon as I click log in (after registering and entering name/password correctly). On the bright side, it doesn’t crash if you enter the wrong password.

    Not at all user friendly, can’t connect devices, won’t connect to Alexa , servers always busy. Junk

  • To hard to setup, too many resets needed

    I’ve done plenty of Smart lamps of getting them setup and working with Alexa and/or Google. Most Smart lamps are straight forward, which the Lenovo appeared to be in their instructions, but app didn’t allow an easy go at it. Multiple times doing the proper reset and following instructions just to wait 2 minutes and have app not recognize my network and have to try again. I will not buy any more Lenovo lamps when I need to add a Smart lamp.

    App can’t seem to pair or connect to my smart plug, even though my phone’s network can connect to it. Old app was awful but apparently this one isn’t any better.
