everytime i even try & get in the app & click sign up it takes me straight out the app. it’s really annoying & i’ve tried everything to fix it. please fix this bug.

Apple shouldn’t allow this app on the store. It won’t allow me to add a device without logging in and it won’t allow me to login or create a new account. It immediately crashes when attempting.

I just bought a brand new Lenovo smart bulb but I can’t even connect it it was a huge waste of money and as I read the reviews I regret buying it more. So im throwing it out and going to get an Alexa and an Alexa smart bulb. Thanks for nothing Lenovo

I bjbbdjkxbought like 5 smart plug is working for quite a while
But then lately I have to reset a lot and now the Lenovo app not even working.
Trying to contact the CS but can’t find information.

The sign up bitten literally crashes so I can't even use the bulb. It's so bad I wanna give it a 0 but that's not possible so I give it a 1.
App is broken, no way to set up account or contact Lenovo

Sign up button crashes the app (it looks like app was updated more then year ago, so that’s why it probably does not support nor iOS15 nor iOS14.8) and both Feedback and Contacts require to have an account. AppleID is not an option. And one cannot create account in browser.
Makes Lenovo smart plugs unusable.

This app does not work. It looks like the issues have been ongoing for years. Do not buy the outlets, it’s a huge waste of money since you can’t set them up
