  • Good app

I like this app. I’m on vacation and I needed to make a purchase order on the fly, and it allowed me to enter all the information I needed to get it done. I thought it was pretty simple to use and easily allowed me to edit a mistake at the last minute. Emailing it to my vendor was a piece of cake and it stored my info so I can easily make a new PO when I need to. I would recommend it.
  • They hold YOUR Files!

After downloading and upon beginning to use the app, they make you agree to store YOUR files on their server! They don’t let you have the option to opt out, or let you even store a file that’s created with the app on your device. When I quickly addressed this issue with them, here was their reply: “Apparently that's right, you would have read our Terms of Service and Privacy notice at the time of signup. Most apps these days store data on the cloud to eliminate any likelihood of loss in case of your computer or device breaks. Old apps are the ones that strictly store data locally. If you are not happy with that, we will happily refund you and delete your data from our servers. We do have a very strict privacy policy and we do not share your data with anyone else.” Prior to ever downloading the app, I did review their TOS and Privacy policy. Nowhere did it indicate that I couldn’t store the files on my device, or that I HAD to store them on their servers. It was not until I began to use the app when I was forced to agree to their demand that MY files created with their app be stored on their server! It was a one or two liner that only then confirmed my belief. It’s true that most app developers will “keep a copy” on their servers, but the ones I’ve used also allow me to have my own version on my device(s). It’s a shame that I never got to use their app. It seemed like a good one that would fill a need. Their response indicated they would refund my money and delete my information from their database. (Thank you!) However, there was no payment to be refunded, because the app was free. I would have gladly paid for an app if I actually got to use it and retain my files on my device or MY choice of cloud service, and appreciated the ways it might benefit me…if given the chance. I hope this review is helpful to others. I guess there’s a reason why it showed only TWO downloads on the Apple App Store. I should have known that it was too good to be true. /-: Apple-&/or Developer gave me the option to change my review. My change is to further reiterate my previous review. Until the Developer chooses to let the User decide which Cloud services the user desires, then this user won’t be using the app…ever. Thanks for letting me share.
