Image restrictions - WAY TOO SMALL! Good Lord.

First, when you first open up the program/application that is the maximum size of its main window, and you cannot max the app out to suit your taste and/or screen/window size. What stinks about this is the fact that this applications size is just barely over 1/4 size of your screen size. Why? Why did you limit this, Vegh Robert? I would appear that you did not consider the Users needs, especially in light of the fact that you are selling this mess of an incomplete program. I have made it a point to express how benighted this type of programming actually is as it is not user friendly at all. This goes especially for programs that deal with any kind layout and design. (Yes, even if it is just a mere meme program). Flexibility is the rule, Mr. Programmer (Vegh Robert) not, stripping away the ability of the user to setup the application to suit the users needs, such as resizing the application, and/or to fit the current screen resolution that they are using. The inability for the USER to be allowed to do this is NOT user friendly. Never-ever take away the Users ability to modify simple environment aspects of the software. Second, the inability to upload a background picture bigger than 670x550px and/or 72px per inch is just plain obnoxious. What the heck were you thinking? Were you even thinking at all when you programmed for this debacle, hm? The last time this program/application was updated was February of 2016. That is just one year ago. How many people were using that low of a resolution even at that time? 1280x720 was clearly being used as a minimum standard if not more than the anal resolution size of 670x550. This is a very serious and debilitating factor to consider about this program, because a lot of decent quality background pictures far exceed this resolution quality level. This means that if you still want to use this software you will have to convert your pictures to conform to the limitations of this program. I do not think that jumping through the extra hoops for this program is worth those extra time consuming steps. Finally, there are a couple of good basic controls for the fonts, such as size, color, and type. However, there is no full justification option, and neither is there any specific control that allows you to linefeed and space the words in the fashion that you might want to, in order to avoid the central part of the photo background, if you wanted too. I have other complains about this application/program but, I am just not going to go into all of them here and now. Suffice to say there is another program/application of this level of inefficiency. However, the main difference is that software application/program IS FREE! Therefore, I do not recommend this program at all, because you can get a slight bit better program/application from the free program iMeme WITHOUT the annoying limitation on background size that you get from Mr. Robert's limited programming abilities.

This meme generator will let you upload your own images and it will let you change fonts and text color BUT it won’t let you reposition the lines of text NOR will it allow you to change the size or position of the central image NOR will it allow you to change the size of the text boxes. Maybe the developer will consider improving this app. Time will tell.

Not for the novice. I could not find a way to load my own pics. The Meme supplied were uninspiring. Life and learn. No directions. Guess I’ll not buy a coffee tomorrw with the money spent on this.

While it’s great to be able to manipulate fonts, that’s the only thing good about this app. All of my photos, which are easily imported into the free app, are too large to be imported into this one. I can’t copy & paste text, I have to type it manually. What a waste of $2! Yuck!

Easy to use. Good Font support. Makes it very easy to create a meme with your own images or any other. Worth the price. It has I believe all you need to make a meme.
