Wish it didn't require soooo many tokens to evolve your superstar. Feels like it's taking me forever to collect them😑

Money grabbers and even cheats in a game. Badly designed and sometimes loot never shows up

Why am I not receiving my gauntlet blitz rewards. Played 3 times and have not received the two star chips nor the two star crates.
  • Great idea, poor implementation

I am giving this a 1 star because while it's a great idea and I love the fact I can play as my favorite superstars from yesterday and today. It is far too hard to obtain superstars and upgrade them past gold. The materials become far too scarce. The AI is also way too intelligent, as I can have a 200-400 point advantage and a class advantage and still not get 3 stars as the CPU knows how to hit u for upwards of 2K in one turn. The game is also far too focused on micro transactions. Too much pay to win
  • Developers don't care for loyal and patient players

For instance the staple of the game is the feuding. A few occasions now they have done a few things that they know will garner them more money. 1). They communicated a 48 hour feud would be only 24 hours. So most people maxed out their resources in that 24 hours. Then we were told after the 24 hours was up that the feud would be the original 48 hours. Prompting people to spend more money to keep their positions. Not only that but their server issues were abysmal for the players that suffered through the 48 hours and their response to us was a re-release of their 2 highest grossing characters for us to purchase. 2). In playing the game you know that roster development is crucial. So once feuds approach most people spend on their roster to grow as much as possible. This normally takes place within a 24 hour window before the feud. Well this time around we get to that window and scopely pulled the rug from under their players and said the feud was postponed 17 hours before the feud started. But they had created a level up contest. Which is great. But their servers let them know our spending habits. So that contest will mean nothing to a good majority of players unless we spend more money and level up our players once again. 3) I won't even mention the lack of opportunity to grow your roster with their "mega" characters. even when you spend money. I for one can atest to spending $400 to pull a handful of new "mega" characters. Take in mind each $100 pull was 25-30 new characters. Not once in those 4 turns did I get a new "mega" character. These things sound minute in nature but it happens frequently and the result is always to spend more money. The developers don't seem to care much about the gaming experience for a fan base that has been so loyal and patient.

Bugs galore and all they care about is putting out more special offers. Not spending a dime until they are fixed.
  • Addictive gem game ruined by ads and crashes

Edit: Latest version is so buggy that the game is almost unplayable. Prematch loading screen now freezes almost 50% of the time. You of course get penalized if the game crashes during a match and have to refill the health meter on the character or characters in the match. The popular thing now is to merge RPG with the gem match game. Mix in the WWE and it's a very addictive game. Beside the regular missions they have daily and weekly WWE themed side matches to help you earn coins and upgrades.

Lots of fun and team oriented. Unfortunately bugs are starting to destroy the community. I use to have this game rated 5 stars.

  • A fun game with a lot of problems

This game is fun, you can get superstars, battle them, have tag team matches, upgrade, and use signature moves. Its candy crush but for wrestling fans. But it has ally of problems, ads every other match (which gets REALLY annoying) I get using ads to make money, I really do, but oh my gosh the amount of ads in this are insane. It has almost made me delete it a few times. Another thing are the glitches. I have the music and sound effects turned off. But when an ad pops up, as soon as you close it, the music BLARES out of the speaker depending on your phones volume, which is a huge problem for me. Another thing is that the game won’t load, I’ve consulted for support on twitter and never get an answer, just them posting memes constantly. Another thing about this game that bugs me. The grind. It’s intense. If you aren’t willing to spend a ton of real life money (Mobile games as usual) you won’t get anywhere without constant grinding. I have a day job, I can’t play this constantly to keep up like most people can. And I’m most certainly not willing to spend hundreds of dollars just to keep up. Lastly, it feels extra pay to win the last few months. Playing certain game modes you feel cheated. The gems never go in your favor. But they all of the sudden give wildcards and four row gems to the AI when you use your turn to make new gems fall down. It is aggravating and makes it hard to climb the ladder in the vs mode. Sometimes the game straight up doesn’t let you win at all in vs matches. You can fight a 1,500 level tag team with your 3,000 level and out of nowhere they will get constant wildcards and gem row breaks. And boom, you’ve lost. It’s ridiculous. I love this game so much, and would love to play it more, I play about half an hour a day, but it’s just getting too much for me. It makes it impossible to enjoy or do anything most of the time without having to pay actual money. That is why I gave it two stars out of five, when without a lot of that stuff it could easily be a four.
