  • Good overall but a few too many HO puzzles

    This was a fun game of good length, with a good story. I'd give it a 5 but the second half of the game had just TOO many HO puzzles. I generally like those puzzles, but in this case they started to get in the way. Besides that sometimes I had to track through the whole town to find where the puzzle was so I could get the next piece I needed to further the story. I'm not sure that I'm going to get the sequel to this unless I read that they've cut down on the HO.

    This game was perfect for me. Not too much detecting; just enough. Just enough hidden object puzzles. The best I've played. It said when I finished the first extra that the game wasn't over yet but I couldn't find another extra.

    I usually like games from this publisher, but this one just has TOO MANY Hidden Object puzzles. It's like you can't walk from one place to another without a new HO puzzle showing up. I like HO puzzles, but if that's all I wanted to do, I would have bought a different kind of game. Other games from this publisher have had more story between puzzles and more types of puzzles than just HO ones. For the first time, I'm seriously thinking of not finishing the game. However, I have not encountered any bugs, and the story seems OK as far as I've gotten (probably about 2/3 of the way through.)

    I wanted a hidden object game to play on my iMac. This game looks like fun and I was enjoying it until I got to the first hidden object screen. It locked up when I clicked on the "Angel head" and I had to "Force quit". I went back in hoping it would work, but it locked up four more times and I had to shut it down as I was trying to select hidden objects. I gave up and deleted the game. Hope you have better luck.

    First off I did not find any bugs or difficulties playing this game or the sequels. Enjoyed it allot. There are many HO puzzles but I like them so no problem. Basic story follows through in all of the sequels. Each has it own story with reference to the original. Highly recommend.
