    Wanted to use the app, because store included a flyer in last order, and I feel terrible how much a cut seamless takes, but the app doesn’t work, it crashes when I try to enter my address

  • Crashes w/Apple Pay

    App needs a bug fix, it crashes if you try to use Apple Pay at check out. This has happened to me several times as I forget and try to use Apple Pay—it’s still an issue on 01/20/20. Had to go back and use cc instead of Apple Pay for order to go through.

    I’ve ordered through this app twice now and both times I’ve experienced incredible lag time between my order and my confirmation. The first time almost 30 minutes and the second almost 20minutes. It is much easier and faster to order by phone or online. Both times my food took 90 minutes at least to arrive. Quite terrible on a customer service level.
