MyNBA 2K Companion App

App glitches so often, does not communicate, and is not intuitive. Poor design and poor functionality, they really phone this stuff in over at 2K

This app utterly fails as a companion for the game. It’s only capability is the face scan feature, which seemed promising but ultimately did not function properly in my case. First off, while the face scan procedure seemed legit, it’s very frustrating because it will repeatedly fail. Then, when the app finally determines it successfully scanned your face (or perhaps it just gives up?), 2K24 will likely get stuck while downloading the data and the whole process must be repeated. Finally, after several more painful face scan attempts, passing the 50% stall point, 2K24 will probably issue an error saying it could find the face data. I was so excited for this feature but was let down. Such a tease. Is it because I’m Asian? Is this software racist yo? Can devs please get this thing working for 2K25? I hope face scan -> video game character becomes standard. NBA 2K has the opportunity to be the pioneers of this technology. Two stars because I appreciate the attempt.

Face scan is ok but didn’t work as well as the past 2k games

Everyone is right, this app is really bad, couldn’t even sign in.

It is dog poop if you want a face scan but if you want to listen to music rather than scanning your face for you mp this the app for you

How are yall worth millions and millions yet yall still have the worst foundation of technology possible. Face scan never works, and there’s literally no other point in having it once u do get a decently ugly scan

Just get rid of the feature not one year was this a good feature at all characters always look Morphed

How many years have they had the Face Scan again? I might have a 5% success rate after all these years. It freezes at 50% every time I try to load it. Total garbage
