    I have had T-Mobile for over 5 years. They buy and sell your entire phone on the black market to support child trafficking and sex trafficking. Right now I’m a CIA AGENT WHO HAS HAD MY PHONE SOLD AND BOUGHT ON THE BLACK MARKET SEVERAL TIMES. I’ve been investigating the robots and the beyonce robot impersonator in particular who has a clone of my phone. Why?

    I’ve had three carriers in last 9 years. Have Had T-Mobile these last 4 years. Added their Internet mid -Jan 2024. I save $50 a month over competition and so far have not lost connection even in high winds, heavy rains or blowing snow. And have not observed any slow down in speed. Based on our personal useage, we recommend company.

    Pior app neste segmento, tudo precisa ir em uma loja física, nada consegue se fazer pelo app muito menos pelo navegador de internet , estou tentando mudar o cartão de pagamento da conta e nem entra no site. O jeito é trocar de prestadora de serviço.

    T mobile has just screwed me over for the last time!!!! I pay my bill in the store , and they charge me extra for paying my bill in the store!!! ( (I like doing business face to face.) I pay my bill in the store, because at one time you had a few associates who could answer my questions and help with the new gadgets you have, and this afforded me the knowledge to make any other decisions or choices that I had to make. T Mobile, for the first 4 years I was with them, they were super!!!! In the last month or two they have proceeded to get rid of most of their associates and now have CHARGED ME MORE for receiving less service!!!

    I found out the app breaks if you calibrate or troubleshoot your facial recognition. (Also it would be great if T-mobile would stop “slightly up charging”.) I can’t do anything with the app anymore. It goes into a continuous loop where it says my password is incorrect and I know it’s not because I can log in through the website. I just placed the direct website on my Home Screen, at least I can still see my bill. 🤷‍♀️

    I am extremely happy with my service I switched from Verizon after 8 years and I was so frustrated by them. T-Mobile is very helpful and wonderful so far
