Download the app, followed the instructions, and no stickers the stickers page is blank this app is useless and in need of an update or something

I downloaded app, added the keyboard, allowed full access, enabled and disabled other keyboards and nothing worked, stickers is a blank page nothing to choose from.

What does it do?
Nothing!
Keyboard won't swipe up. Absolutely no stickers or imoji’s to be seen.
That's why it's rated so low, can't use it.
