    I signed up for instacart+ and same day their “trust and safety” decides to block my account. Spent hours submitting documents and talking to support. Nada. Very unprofessional that they think they can do this to paying customers.

    I tried the free trial for Instacart plus and tried canceling after it and they’re still trying to charge me for a plus membership. I had to talk to 3 different people just to get them to stop trying to charge me for a membership. There’s also no way to turn off auto renewal, or a way to disconnect your payment method so be wary about which cards you connect.

    Instacart made fraudulent charges on my card and refused to refund the money back to my card. Agent refused to let me speak to a manager. I submitted a request and it’s been 3 weeks and I’ve yet to hear back from anyone.

    They say it’s one price then it ends up being way higher. Also they attempted to charge me for a membership of $100 I never signed up for thank God I always have my card locked. Never using this app again.

    This app is so informal and easy to use. Sometimes I don’t have the time to go shopping on my own and this app connects to people that get the best products and service to you. There is always good communication between me and the shopper and it’s a time and life saver.

    Terrible. I signed up for the plus membership at a 9 dollar monthly fee and they charged me 99 dollars. Refused to change me to the monthly after chatting with 3 different so called support agents Very misleading be careful with this company they have zero sympathy for error a customer might make that’s what said I did

    I made an order early afternoon. The shopper completed the order a couple hours later per the app. I tried to reach the shopper on several occasions and he never responded. I never received the order that was placed. The next day the app said it was delivered at 6:22am. We did not receive the order. We have security cameras placed throughout the property and no order was received. This was extremely upsetting as I am post-surgery and can’t currently drive. My husband and I have 5 kids so that’s 7 mouths to feed. So we called Instacart and after speaking to a manager the best they could do for the trouble was a $5 credit, a slap in the face and our card refunded. It will take 34 hours for the refund to process. We don’t have that kind of time because that order was the rest of our money! Our fridge is empty and we need to eat! This company is a joke and outsource their Customer service to India. This is ridiculous and this company should not be in business the way they are operating. Don’t use this company ever!
