    I really enjoy using the app especially since I have platinum status with high priority to batches. However, I’ve noticed that customers ratings are not fair when they do not communicate with me during the shopping experience. They also rate a low score if there is an substitution requested and when I replace the item with the closest in price and compatibility they are able to score me low based on it when they did not communicate a refund or a different item while I am shopping. I always greet and offer customers to communicate with me in their InstaCart experience however, 90% won’t, but are allowed to score me low or say that I did something wrong when I have reached out to them for their input on replacements. In short, in the last several weeks my score has tanked lower than it has in the last four years of being affiliated with InstaCart and it has been very mentally anguishing because my income has declined and I wonder if that my access to batches has also been compromised. Overall, I love InstaCart and my independence of working on my own, making my own schedule, and making my customers happy in their overall experience. I just wish that the rating system was more fair to shoppers that show exemplary work ethic, accurateness, and professionalism. Thanks InstaCart 🤗

    I feel like instacart does not care about shoppers at times only making money…the price for doing batches has dropped dramatically and gas is high most batches not even worth it! It’s like they depending on customers tips to make us happy and half times customers take tips back or reduce after getting there orders! On top of that when you can’t find items there goes part of the money you THOUGHT you was going to make than you stuck doing the order and barely making gas.. instacart need to factor in cost of doing these orders especially for the ones up all these flights of stairs in apartments ordering all these cases of water and soda and tipping 3 dollars knowing they don’t want to take these items upstairs there self so they pretty much playing us to do jobs they don’t want to do than tip low for all that back and forth up stairs with these heavy items just to get 3 dollars from them… things could be so simple is they changed the way they work the orders! Why can’t they do like other shopping apps send orders out to every individual and give them time to decide if they want the order or not than give to next person this insures everyone making money and not forced to snatch orders quickly because you desperate to get a order or to make money than after taking it you look at it than realize it’s not for you or the miles was wrong than they penalize you for canceling the order…make it make sense?? They should randomly send orders out to shoppers and give them time to see if they can handle it or not some of us are old and can’t go up 4 and 5 flights of stairs but they make it so hard to read orders or give a chance to see if u can or can’t complete it.. I think it’s wrong and forces shoppers to struggle and than get punished for being pushed into taking orders just because they got so many people shopping and snatching orders left and right forcing people to click up fast without even being able to look over orders… why can’t they just do like all the other shopping apps it’s so simple send random orders out to people to give everyone a chance to read and check over order than count down the time they have to accept than send to another shopper this will give everyone a chance to make money and be happy and not raging animals snatching orders you can’t even do just to get work than find out after accepting it you can’t do it

    Loving how easy it is to use the only thing is it seems to take a long time between batches it’s hard to get more than 2 a day. Hoping they fix this.
