  • Easy to set up intervals

This app takes the hassle out of intervals. You can set the time for intervals and forget it. You will not need to mess with your phone, just run!

I like the app, now with stay at home rules due to the pandemic, i wish I could use the app to track and record my indoor workouts.

This app has a lot of features I like.I recently hiked 16 miles on the Grand Canyon and app stopped working due to no service.I think you would make your app more presentable if you’d add some topo maps and a pre download option of the maps. Then I would love to upgrade to pro version again.

Was pulled into this app because I wanted it to connect to My Fitness Pal. Big mistake. Overly complicated screens actually don’t provide good functionality - for example, you can only select the first of three workouts of the week on the right-hand nav of one screen. UX is clearly not a priority ...best example being the Apple Watch screen...when in use, the shoe logo is huge on the watch screen - but the data about your workout is in mouse type, rendering it literally unusable. And I have to go to settings to tell it I am on a treadmill? Well, duh. If I have GPS on and a run program is active and I am recording steps, I must be on a treadmill. App never tracked my run even with GPS on and great signal (and it knew where I was starting). Wasted $9.99. Back to Fitness 22’s training apps.

Took me longer to download, then it took them to come up with an Advertisement. I couldn’t even create an account before an advertisement for Intuit pop up. The screen then froze on the advertisement and I couldn’t do anything.

I downloaded the free version of this app in June with the intent on running my first 5k. After 2 weeks I purchased the app to get all of its benefits. It's definitely worth it. The training builds you up at the right speed plus you can edit it if you need to. I went from not being able to run more than a 100 yards at the first of July to running my first 5k yesterday (9/10/16)with a finish time of 28:46. This app was a must for me!
  • Don't Spend the Money

I bit and bought the $10 upgrade. Mistake. First, that $10 only gets you one year. Second, the voices are exremely limited, and for the money, I don't want to listen to Siri or one of her international counterparts. A review I read led me to believe there were many various voices to choose from. Nope. And finally, the clock and stats on the Apple Watch app did not keep up at all. Waste of funds.

This app basically doesn't have any features. The app pushes the elite membership even before loading the app. The large advertisement that takes over your phone screen is annoying. Could not close the app advertisement. Every time the menu or settings are used an ad appears & the ad can't be closed. Really, advertisements while setting up the app. Would not pay for an elite membership. Plus the way the large ad was displayed and the fact that the app had to be closed to stop the ad makes me not want to use this app and will be deleting this and any other app from these developers will not be considered.
  • Way to complicated.

I had to restore my phone. I was on week 2 day 1. The app has zero ways to jump from 1st week to 2nd week day two. It's so frustrating I just walked out of the gym and went home. How can I get my money back?
