Mostly demo vids and repeats from what you can find on you tube. Good informative instructionals on throws and positions-- if you are in an academy and receiving daily instruction- skip this and get the Blue Belt app which is worth it. They should combine the info here with that one.

The meat of this "app" is one 70 minute video showing a hodgepodge of techniques. It isn't very deep, it doesn't really tie anything together, and it's not at all what I was hoping for. If you can pick it up for free, fine, but don't waste your money on this crap.

This is a great tool as an introduction and a review tool. I will be reviewing this over and over again. My only criticism is that I wish they had a more in-depth menu. If it is was possible to jump straight to a particular technique that would be fantastic. EXCELENT work I’ll be looking for follow-ups to this download.
  • Not worth it

I got this because it was free for a day and had wondered about it before, but would not pay $25 for an app. I'm seriously glad I didn't get it at the normal price as I'm not sure it was worth the time to download it let alone actually paying for it. Don't waste your time with it.

I do not understand how can someone complain about this app, you either know nothing about martial arts or you are an idiot. It's very good and for free it's great.

The person giving it a one star rating probably isn't a martial artist. If you have even a passing interest Jiu Jitsu, Judo, or Aikido, you'll find plenty to enjoy. There are 15 chapters worth of great content. Highly recommended.

This app is normally $25. I got it just because it was free. It is pretty cool, but not worth more than free. It has like 2 hours of video... Would nvr buy this for $25!
