    I’ve tried numerous times to sign in to my Netflix on my phone and it says there’s on account with this email but when I sign in on the website it works. On my tv it keeps saying my tv isn’t In my household which it is. I sign out and re log in multiple times and it keeps saying the same thing. This is getting very frustrating 🤦🏾‍♀️

    Hey Netflix! Your going great and stuff but I think you should add something else to battle kitty when he’s in real life me and my brother really want to know what happens! After that add what happens to York when he’s by he’s self! Please add those things! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!🌈😇💪

    Do y’all even want people to buy subscriptions? All the shows and movies fell off. Signing in is an animal itself, and staying signed in is even worse, prices have only gone up while the selection has got worse.

    The videos on iPads and iPhones are so dark even with the brightness on max. As a family of 6, I also wish we can add more profiles and not have the need to share.

    Well, I just looked at my account and I have been a member since 2010. I have been through a bunch of changes over the years oh wait over a decade of time as a loyal subscriber. I have the largest plan with they offer. Now as I go out of town I can no longer use my iPad to watch a show without paying an additional 7.99. Wait I pay 22.99 for unlimited use! I am the one using it. Use my account while traveling with my kids at race tracks, camp grounds, hotels. The summer is coming and these super intelligent people at Netflix have decided it’s the best time to not allow people to use there subscription for unlimited viewing anywhere but at there one house! So when there was no competition in the market you could use it anywhere but now that everyone in the world has a streaming service you can use anywhere, Netflix in there super smart business decision and direction has decided to make you sit at home 24/7/365 to use there services that you pay for every month. Oh you mean the service that I paid for since I am now canceling there subscription. The app has consistently gotten worse and worse and worse over the years. It logs you out after watching only one episode. Totally a horrible user experience and even worse company. We will see how the long term of Netflix goes but in my humble opinion it definitely seems like they are heading the wrong direction.

    All I wanted to do was watch Netflix at my hotel. I'm in a different time zone from my family. Now, I can't watch Netflix because it's saying that I am not in the exact location that my family is in. My dad pays for the Netflix account, and Netflix won't let me use the account unless they e-mail a code to my dad's e-mail account. It's daytime when I am traveling in a different country and the U.S. It's nighttime where I am at its the daytime so I can't call my dad because he is asleep as it is nighttime in the U.S. Thank you, Netflix, for this. After all, there's nothing good on TV in my hotel. I just wanted to watch my favorite TV show on Netflix, but nope, I can't do that now for the entire week I'm on vacation!!! I wish Netflix would return to the old ways where you could stay on your family account with no problems. I don't understand why Netflix cares if you're not in the same household as your family. I guess it's just because Netflix wants to make more money from people, as if Netflix isn't already a billion-dollar company!
