I now have no access at all.
  • It’s run by Karens

I’m a democrat and I can’t stand the amount of Karenification of Ny times.
  • Can’t get the new app to open

    By 72penacook
    Useless on my iPad.
  • Way Too Many Ads

    By NoahAV
The journalism is of a fantastical caliber, and I love the benefits of games, The Atlantic, and recipes. But holy cow, this app serves up SO MANY ADS at every opportunity. For a subscription we’re paying $25 a month for? That’s way, way, way too much. It’s honestly unacceptable the longer I think about it. Great content, way too many ads. Apple Privacy Report also brings to light the insane amount of analytics this app is sending out to third parties. It makes me feel gross just using it.
  • Good overall

    By Africasender
This app is good, I just wish it would remember what you typed into search. For example I search for the same columns every week, but it doesn’t autofill. I have to type them in each time. Other apps remember, eg the Inquirer …. Thanks!
  • Doesn’t work

App needs version 16.0 iOS but my iPad won’t upgrade past 15.8.
  • Unhappy

    By oldwos
Why is this update so difficult to install? Looks like I will have less of the times available to easily access and read. Also there are more advertisements, and articles from other news sources that I can not read without additional subscriptions.
  • App refresh

    By windyjammer
I only have one complaint about the app. It didn't used to do this, but now when the app refreshes it defaults back to the top. This means I have to scroll back down to find where I was before that happened. I find that very annoying.
  • No AI reader still?

    By Seaeddie
Please put AI reader in nytimes app! Washington post has a great AI reader built-in. Also nytimes web page has AI reader why not the app??? I will give 5 stars if they do this and I’m disappointed that nytimes dev team do not add this!!!
  • NYT personal usage is NOT private!!!

    By Seacurves
I reviewed iOS App Privacy Report and learned that NYT is sending data about my usage in high volumes to a ton of data brokers. In fact, more than any of the other 300+ apps on my iPhone. I stopped my subscription and removed the app. This is just gross!!!
