Klatch Coffee App

On February 19, 2024, I visited the Pasadena branch and placed an order for $20.64. Unfortunately, my credit card statement later revealed two additional charges of $21.51 each that I did not authorize.

I used to go to Starbucks but since it’s been reported they sell fake food then what are we left with. Klatch is a very good locally sourced coffee, heck they even sell 2# bags in costco. I’ll admit the rewards system is pretty bad but to be fair if you order and pay with the app they double your points so no it’s not going to cost you $600 to get a free sandwich. They pump out drinks pretty fast with the limited staff they have here. Prices could be lower but I guess I’m willing to pay a little more for better quality coffee to a business that I’d like to see more readily available locations. I really can’t stand the opposing monster of a conglomerate and how people will stop at nothing for it. There’s one on every corner and the playing field isn’t really level so nevermind the outdated reviews your reading from a year ago as Klatch is up n coming and I hope they achieve to be a success.

The app no longer seems to work. Cannot log into the account. It always shows a message at the bottom “Network/Server issue.” Deleted the app and reinstalled with same results.

Worst app ever to order items. Always server network issues and slow to order online.

Same complains as everyone else here. Let’s be real I’m not going to go to SB but it’s be cool if Klatch didn’t treat their customers like they’re stupid. This reward system does just that. Just get rid of reward system all together. I’d imagine the point of putting money on the Klatch app is to lessen the blow of debit/credit fees to Klatch. By using it we’re helping them run a more cost efficient business. Return the favor Klatch and come up with a reward system that actually rewards us for being loyal to our favorite local coffee shop.

You have to spend $150 to get 1 $3 coffee????

Indeed I paid for extra patty sausage didn’t get it because I didn’t pay for but yet in the app it say extra patty and got charged extra still didn’t get nothing because on their screen it’s say didn’t it’s a scam or idk but never again the cappuccino breve milk they put in is terrible taste ROTTEN disgusting get regular milk and the staff at Ontario was terrible didn’t wanna give me what I paid for sticking to Starbucks

i had at least 20 dollars worth of app credit i input on the old app and now everything is at 0, same w my points.. how do I fix this? :/

The old app was so much better, these guys are money hungry and greedy. Prior to them switching apps i had 364 points which i was eligible for 20 dollars off but now that they changed the app, my 364 points havent been transferred and i emailed and nobody answers about it. I dont even want the points anymore though, i cant even get something good with 364 dollars i spent. Will be taking my money to starbucks thats for sure.

If you want to earn a free ham and cheese, its going to cost you 600 points. $1=1 point, you do the math. The point system is more of a donation system, don't waste your time on it. Stick to collecting points through Starbucks. Klatch has good coffee and food, but their point reward system is the definition of ridiculous.
