    We go to Chronic about once a month and I have to use the app because the wait is long at the restaurant. This app is such trash! I try to reorder and it says there is an error not logged in—but it just found the previous order so I’m already logged in. Grrrrr! It’s so annoying. Please fix this horrible app.

    I am not a good enough writer to properly express how frustrating this app is. Nothing works right. Just go into the store and order in person—or order from Chipotle instead. Their app isn’t great but it’s better than this trash. Oh, also, the privacy label is a lie. It says the developer does not collect any data from this app, but of course it does. You have to create an account with your phone number and email address to even use it.

    So I tried to order my food through the app and when I got the payment it just sat on the processing screen and didn’t update then it refreshed the page with no confirmation about my order being placed. Looked into my orders and it says that I placed two orders at the same time on the same date. If I have two charges on my bank account I will be filing for a refund. Hopefully they would honor that.

    The developer needs to take notes from Chipotle. This app is not user friendly at all. I’m a big Chronic Taco fan but this app makes me not want to order from them. Apps are suppose to make things convenient, not frustrating. I promise Chronic is losing money by not having a user friendly on-line ordering system or app.

    Love the new app design. Easy to use, nice rewards system. I like that you can save your order. They have good offers too randomly. Solid app

    Wish I could give 0 stars honestly. They change the app less than 6 months ago and make us download a new one, only to see they deleted all reward points. Then this new app just tells me "disabled this app" like??? You've got how many locations across the US and you can't get a proper app. Chipotle here I Come

    Can’t believe you spent money on this terrible app. It’s about the worst one I’ve ever downloaded. Chronic Tacos ask for a refund. I don’t want to pick a location every time, I picked a favorite.

    I’m store poster stated free taco for signing up on the app but there was no way to claim that. In store poster also said that existing points will carry over to the app but that did not happen. I’m store register also “cleared” all my points after I signed up for the app. Personally, I see no advantage to the app over previous in store points.
