Digital MOFA

This service will take your money without getting a service. They have zero customer service. You cannot find anyone to help you. All the customer service phone numbers which are in Ethiopia are switched off. It is impossible to find any solution except give up and physically go to the embassy nearby. Save yourself a heartache please don’t give your hard earned money to thieves.

Unfortunately, I've been having some issues with the payment, and it's been causing me a lot of trouble. I wouldn't advise anyone to go through this experience.

“Hands down, this is the worst app I’ve ever encountered, especially considering the exorbitant fee they charge for app-based work. The app itself is a mess—full of glitches, crashes, and constant errors. It’s frustrating to spend so much money on an app that can’t even perform its basic functions properly. Not only is the app itself a disappointment, but the fee they demand for app-based work is outrageous. It’s a steep price to pay considering the app’s lackluster performance and limited opportunities. They make it seem like you’ll have access to lucrative work, but in reality, the available tasks are scarce, poorly paid, and often not worth the effort. To add insult to injury, the customer support is non-existent. I’ve tried reaching out numerous times to address my concerns and seek assistance, but I never received a response. It’s clear that they prioritize extracting money from users rather than providing a satisfactory experience. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this app. The high cost of the fee is simply not justified by the app’s poor quality and the meager app-based work opportunities it offers. There are far better alternatives available that provide a much better user experience and value for your hard-earned money.”

This app makes legal paperwork with the Ethiopian MOFA very easy and saves you the typical inconvenience you would face dealing with their poor service. But it has some issues with payment processing and you may get charged multiple times and not get your money back. Customer service is very rude, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. They tell you “you should have done this or that”. How are users supposed to know if there are no instructions? Most of there issues can be avoided by making instructions clear and improving the UI.

This is a great start but needs to be consistent in all aspect customer service , accuracy, and speed . The iOS build not properly working . It took more that 2 weeks to get my affidavit done note not thing was wrong with my documents just being hold for no reasons , app is trash . Just focusing only on $$$

This app has good intentions, if it actually worked. It gives a false sense of advancement with custom mobile apps. However, after entering all your info, what one gets in an obscure error msg with all data lost and no clue of was the offending element that needs correction. :-(

The app experience was not good. Not user friendly and have been charged for the POA application that was not completed and tried to reach customer service but they said they don’t find my application and told me to call back. Every time I call back they are asking me as a fresh, not tracking the incident that I reported.

If you need fast service, I recommend using this app. However, the service fee is a bit expensive. There is no clear instructions whether you can retake the video or not, don’t assume everyone will be able to figure out this easily, I recommend adding “retake” or “retake the video “ in the video button. Additionally, please add a back button on the payment page, once the user gets into payment page there no option to get back, I had to close the app and get started to make some simple change. Finally, instead of using the back button, please add a “done” button once the user select type of attorney. Overall, it’s nice and simple app. Good job developers

MOFA is easy to use. Initially I was to use E-POA app and it directed me to install MOFA then I installed this app. Power of attorney (Wuklina) service is easy to use. Listen to the video records to in how to use it it will direct you on what to do. The form are ready made and all you have to do it choose what kind of POA you would like to give and there is one that is a General and you will definitely need that one and you may add other contestants to it if you need other things included. My application was rejected initially because of my expired passport and I got that renewed in two weeks time through the digital INVEA app and resubmitted my application and it was completed in 24 hours and I got the update that it is ready to be picked my Agent in Addis. Try it if you need one and save the trouble visiting the community center to have a paper print POA letter written for you and then visiting the Embassy for authentication. I am satisfied with the service and definitely recommend you to use it. KB from DMV area!
