Very frustrating

Fake fake fake I renewed passport and so far 8 months passed without any reply

I wanted to renew my passport but after filling out all the information. The final ‘continue’ button doesn’t work! Nothing happens when you click it. No error information displayed or anything about how to proceed. Tried it multiple times over a week on more than one phone. Just doesn’t work.

Money laundering scam. American passport is a $130, ID/ Driver’s License in America is from $8 to $20, Birth Certificate in America is from $15 - $35. Ethiopian ID card by birth is $400. Are you out of your mind? Run your personal business in country name. So disgusting! 🤮 Legal corruption.

I paid $260 to get my passport renewed. I haven’t received any updates. I wish I had read these reviews before I gave my money to this App/company. If the embassy didn’t recommend this app, I would have just want to Ethiopia to do the process instead of playing this miserable waiting waiting game.

I’m trying to renew my origin ID due to fact my ID has expired. The problem that I have, once I select why I want to renew my ID, the next step gives a reason why I want do I want to correct my first, last, middle… etc. names, which I don’t need correct anyone of them. Is there an update to fix this bug? I’m using an iphone14 if that matter.

We created an account, paid them, and then didn’t hear back. Trying to log into the account to check status, and we are locked out. Can’t log in at all. This is a scam.
