  • Too much werk for little rewards.

    It's a fun and addicting game but the little gems, lipstick, werk, etc. that you earn is easily wiped out by anything you want to purchase with them; everything is too expensive. Not to mention the in-app purchases that they offer are crazy. None of the things you can buy with real money are actually worth it because you don't get much in exchange. Another thing is that you don't receive all your rewards sometimes because of glitches. I still play all the time because I love the outfits but i'm always disappointed by the amount of time i spend on this game because of the little i accomplished.

    I love this game it helps me to think outside of the box more and let my creativity flow through my mind and help me upgrade my style in real life to now my fashion sense is at the next level and im the most fashionable person in school. But my suggestion is that you should be able to pick a different face shapes for your own style like if you want to base your character off of your own personality or something, just to let people put their own twist on things

    I love this game I’m honestly addicted to it but here lately I’ve been having issues where it says “can’t connect to server” when I’m connected to the internet so I have to uninstall and then reinstall just to get it to work I think the app has a bug but even that wont stop me from playing it’s just irritating sometimes

    IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE SUPPORT REQUEST YOU HAVE TO RESPOND TO THE AUTOMATED EMAIL ****** I started this game knowing it was gonna be a micro-purchase sinkhole, and it is. It’s still fun at many times though, and I was enjoying the distraction, until my mini event reset without any reason and my entire leaderboard froze, and all the big little purchases to get the coveted Epic items was entirely erased. When I took the steps to report it I saw that IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE SUPPORT REQUEST YOU HAVE TO RESPOND TO THE AUTOMATED EMAIL which is clearly a scam, because what the actual fluff

    I love the game and its concept, it takes far too long to get enough lipsticks and gems to progress further, not to mention how expensive gems are. I shouldn’t have to wait up to 15 minutes just for one of those little “watch ab ad to get free lipsticks” things just to only get 30, which if you play, you know that doesn’t get you far AT ALL once you make any sort of progress. I understand that sometimes, you have to wait a bit to farm up things, but i shouldn’t have to be waiting for over an hour just to 200 lipsticks. I personally am not able to spend money on this game, but even still, i should not have to wait hours for such a low amount.

    I used to love this game but now it seems like a scam to win. 1. The mini and maxi outfit challenges - I can have on all rare, epic and legendary pieces at at least level 3, some maxed out, the challenger will have on common or uncommon pieces and blow me out the water with points. The match ain’t mathing because I’ve put on the exact same outfits and get an extremely amount of low points. 2. The mini games werkstations aren’t multiplying properly. (Happening to me currently and multiple times in the past) Some will give me less points than what the base should even be and others will only multiply x 2 even if I have leveled up the pit crew member to level 5 or higher AND have the video multiplier on. And CS can never seem to “recreate” the issue. Please fix these things it’s so much fun to play when the game is fair and works how it’s supposed to.

    I have items just disappeared, diamonds and prizes are not credited to me after having won them. I have written to customer service twice, I have had no response or solution for 2 weeks.
