Why is the app getting worse???

I used to be able to at least connect to my drone to be able to unlock it and fly it. Now I can’t even do that anymore. I can see it and connect on WiFi, but unable to connect on the app. I don’t understand why it wasn’t a option from the beginning to just take off with the remote like other drones. Also why you don’t mention that fact. It’s technically not one key takeoff, if you have go through all that downloading, connecting, unlocking.
Are you ever going to update the app?

Takeoff button doesn’t initiate takeoff and the app cuts video feed after 100 ft. Nowhere near the 500m you claim. UPDATE THE APP

So after much research there’s a guy on YouTube who found a work around the app not connecting to the drone. Simple solution!!
Just turn your cellular data off (too much interference. Keep cellular data off while using app), close the app, connect to drone wifi and try again. It worked for me. 👍🏼
