This game is broken in the most recent versions of the MacBook. Everything is tiny, and I can't click on anything to see if there are settings to fix it.

Local Area Network games are broken. Don't buy this game if you want to play with friends. I regret buying this game. It was a waste of money.

Great game, graphics and gameplay. I used to enjoy playing local LAN games with my son but with the latest update, that function is no longer working as others have described.

This game is incredible. Jus, purely, incredible. And this is not a paid review. This game, from the graphics, to the cutscenes, to the leaders, is amazing. Although it's expensive, it is worth it, and I guarrentee it will make your brain click like no other game before. Truelly exceptional. - A Random Narwhal Lover P.S. Donate a dollar to team trees.

I've played CIv games from way back and spent many long hours enjoying them. This version was a major disappointment! I feel I wasted my money and will never buy another game from Aspyr Media again. The programmers slowed things down with all the visual fluff at the cost of workable interface and function. In addition, I don't understand why I have to have my time wasted viewing splash screens every time I run the game.
