  • Worst PVP

    By Loaked
This game has the most broken and backwards PvP imaginable. You actually can get a head in the game by purposely losing. Like 99.9% of mobile games it’s of course pay to win. The only exception would be if you played 4-5 hours a day every single day for at least 3 years, possibly longer. The PvE is a decent time killer, but the PvP requires no skill what so ever, it’s strictly based on how strong your team is vs current trophy count, if you get too high ranking with a low power team the game puts you against top Players to knock you back down so it’s impossible to be a top player unless you pay big $$ or after several years of grinding the same thing over and over, again, for many years. But hey, aren’t all mobile games like this? Doesn’t make them good games though.

Not gonna lie it takes a lot of time an money! There are grinders out there that don’t put money into the game but it just takes to long (for me) I gave this game a 5* rating because it’s the absolute funniest game I’ve ever downloaded but I worn everyone, hope you have extra spending money if you wanna get strong! (I’m definitely not a wallet warrior but I have spent my fair share)
  • Slow but fun burn

    By Neth3Rtwist
One of the slowest ‘burn’ games to ever exist, even if you had hundreds of bucks to invest in this game, you’d basically be in the same boat as everyone else. Sure, if you have the money to spend and are incredibly impatient you can shave off a few hours here and there, grab a few extra items, or nab a great hero, but that just ruins the fun for you because a couple weeks will go by and you’ll realize you are still winning and losing the same amount due to the matchmaking. The key to this game is the alliance factor- I have created an alliance and have been with the same comrades for years... yes, years. We have doctors, lawyers, even a naval officer on our team, and we know when one of us loses a loved one or has a bad day... and then we are there to pick them up and keep their mind of things with a quirky match 3 game. It isn’t for everyone, this is not the type of game you pick up, defeat the boss after so many hours, and then put down. You can play for years... again, yes years, and still have plenty to do. Give it a try and if you are able to find friendship in an alliance and keep your eyes on the long prize, this game will reward you like few others are able.
  • An Honest Review

    By DeltaRAIL
Even though Small Giant will take this review down with the next update - it’s the only way they can maintain their 4.7 rating - I feel like it’s time to put all the hate aside from those of us who have played a long time and leave an honest review me why this is a truly 1* game and why people should avoid it. (And why 5* reviewers either haven’t played for a long time or are lying) There is a reason all us old timers absolutely hate this game now, and although most of it revolves around the game going from free-to-play with bonuses for paying to straight up pay-to-win and a mad cash grab (logged in today and had to close 8 advertisements before I could do anything), but there’s more to it then that. The new characters are broken. They are so incredibly overpowered and overwhelming that any older characters of the same star level are obsolete. Season one 3* characters tend to have a special that does one thing, on rare occasions two, but balanced so that the two things were not overpowering, where the new Season three characters almost all do two, massively overpowered things. For example, one 3* does damage for every red shield on the board to the entire opposing team. This character can literally wipe an opposing team in two attacks, and so if he’s on the defender’s team, it’s a guaranteed victory for the defender because of the way mana generates for defenders. (More to come)...

  • Going downhill fast

Surest sign a game is on decline is when developers initiate a pay to play “arms race” to remain competitive. Quickly long time players find they are outgunned with no choice but to spend big bucks. Recommend you find game just starting. This one “jumped the shark”.
