    The game is super easy to play and has the potential to be fun. However, it has not reached its actual potential. Or maybe it peaked and I missed it? Either way, tons of inactive players and the smart match or daily match algorithm keeps matching me with them. I get notifications that it’s my move but when I open the game there are no games where I can make a move… It’s just not fun. 2/5 stars because at least you can do the daily puzzle or play against a bot..but it’s just not the same as a well developed and functional game where you play with others. Update: it’s been a week since I’ve tried putting in a support request through the app. It always stalls when it asks for my contact info. Meaning, no support. Notifications about it being my turn, or that if I don’t play soon I’ll forfeit my match…yet there are no games matching that description in my queue.

    Used to be 5 stars. It’s now down to three and heading for two!! It is now extremely rare for me to get my bonus coins after playing the match of the day. Fix this!!! I’m also tired of watching videos to earn coins or tickets and NOT having the reward come up! This was my favorite game, in spite of it refusing to acknowledge MANY words in ANY dictionary! Fix these issues or lose players!

    This game is potentially great but suffers from too many lengthy ads and especially buggy software that they never fix despite multiple complaints from players for over a year. In the Daily Challenge, it will arbitrarily deduct you previous day's score so that you can be in the lead one day, have the best score of the day the next day, and still find yourself in 10th place or lower the following day. Awful.

    I love Boggle but I haven't received the Mega Prize in the Daily Bonus for months now. Every time it gets to that day, it says it's expired. I played yesterday, got my daily bonus, so how can today's prize/mega bonus be expired already? Can't get any support at all.

    I paid for no ads and for about 3 weeks it was great. Then I started getting ads between games again. I emailed support but got no response. I paid money and have lost what I paid money for! RIP off!!!!!

    Been playing this for years. Big boggle fan. Ad after every game. Ads have tiny x’s, you x and another one appears, opens browsers, mess up the game sound needing a restart. The daily event bugs out constantly where it won’t end so you just can’t play anymore that day. The powerups are controversial—no true way to compete fairly. Someone else buy the rights to official boggle please.

    Awful user interface, incredibly annoying sounds, and basically 100% designed to get users to watch ads and make in app purchases with zero effort to make user experience good or make it easy to actually play goggle without a bunch of unnecessary nonsense.
