    So another Tuesday that required me to sign in AGAIN despite having the keep signed in button on... then after signing in I couldn't get anything to open this missing the gas code AGAIN. Since I am using my phone to access both apps & repeatedly have trouble accessing my accounts using your own apps with my phone that you provide service for WTH...!!! T-LIFE upgrade has made it worse...

    I’m a new customer and I love the support. I also love the perks. We just also started the internet. I am having trouble remembering to get my perks redeemed. That’s one of the issues I’m still needing more help with.

    Not many good promotions…when they first started they had really good offers but now? It’s just been going down hill 🙄…the little Cesar’s offer is always there some percents off of flower shops or hotels…not many to get us excited to use. With the amount that we pay you’d expect them to give us the good offers but not anymore 🙄

    Form last many times I went to T mobile store for a Gift for glasses Bags Cap and other stuff but every time they told us we are out of stock we went in morning 11 o’clock we went around 2 o’clock we went around 5 o’clock every time they told us we out half and hours before so.     This rewards program has gone down hill dramatically, and as of late there are no good rewards. Imagine waiting an entire week for some good rewards and all you end up getting is a $1 mac and cheese from Popeyes and a bogus “Hilton Status” and a couple other coupons that you can basically get for free searching for 1 minute online with Google. They have made this app embarrassing and frustrating to have on the phone. The gig is up, we know this is not a legitimate reward program anymore.

    When trying to enter a prize entry the Submit button is blocked by Rules info. After much experimentation have to set the smallest font size possible to juuuuust hit the entry button.

    Their internet app was a joke so they decided to combine the internet functionality eith this app and never fixed the issue. It is less painful to pull teeth than use this app for managing your internet.
