  • Great App

    By Pastor Rick Elder
I love it. All we need is someone (something) to tell us what to do when it comes to fitness.
  • It works and is fun

    By Htthgdfgnfn
Been on the program for about three weeks. I was from the coach and it has been slow, but rewarding. Good luck!!
  • Great App

    By monkeygurly
Great app to get you on your way to a 5k at a pace that’s not aggressive. Cue’s are great (run/walk, etc). I’ve experienced a couple of issues with Spotify where I’ve missed a cue - something to pay attention to if you aren’t using Apple Music (iOS). Get out and 🏃🏻‍♀️!
  • Ehhh...

    By Sack2face
Sometimes after I get done it freezes on me and doesn’t count the miles I ran. Pretty annoying.
  • Very encouraging to listen

    By mattishereforu
I tried it once and found it to be very encouraging to my endurance running ambitions. I’m down from 335 lbs. 8 years ago to 209 lbs. this morning and I’m only making more and more walk, jog & run plans. Even after injuring both knees in May of 2018. Best regards, Dave
  • Shouldn’t have updated

    By AliciaInVirginia
The latest update wiped out the record of all but the first 3 of my runs. Not happy about running in the first place, not happy about losing those runs.
  • Ding

    By Pamelaeb
Wish it would ding or something changing from walk to run
  • Pretty good

    By kmj1986
I wish there was a way to play pandora or be able to lock your phone and still be able to hear the app tell you when to run. My warm up walk ended up being 7 minutes cause I was waiting for the app to alert me through my headphones. Overall a good app though.
  • Useless since they dropped support for Apple Watch

    By WannabeKiwi
This app has become useless since they dropped support for the Apple Watch after release of the Series 4. But, at least they have an iPad version. Wait, whaaaaaat.... ? Who’s going running with an iPad???
  • Nice pace

    By nyanke41
I have a back injury and this started me back at a pace I can handle
