Working in a Apple environment and had to download some MS Pub files. This program is a pretty basic set up. However you must export the .pub files to a native compatible format like word or pdf for them to be readable. Just dropping them into this app will not make them readable
  • Converts, but doesn't match the pub document

the .pub document was converted, but all the cropping and editing done on it didn't convert and I wound up with a useless document. I'd like a refund!

I needed to open a .pub file in Word, so I purchased this app based on the positive reviews of other products by RootRise Technologies. But when I converted a .pub file to .docx, and then tried to open it in Word, I got an error. I contacted RootRise support and they got back to me within 12 hours and suggested I try converting to .doc rather than .docx. That solved the problem.
