PQI iConnect+

As you might have realized, it’s at least a more than a year that “PQI” which is a big company, hasn’t paid any attention to all those critics and serious problems of “iconnect+” app users. It’s more than a year with no upgrade or fixing apps problems. although you have nothing to do with companies devices, but at least we as apple users would be glad to see App Store make the providers to have more responsibility in front of their apps i App Store

Can’t open protected files. How to solve?

Before this latest version it worked great. Now when you try to play a video it shuts the app off. Highly annoying. How do I down grade to the previous version?

Before the app updated you could click on multiple photos in the camera roll to copy to the flash drive but now you can only do one at a time. So frustrating. Please make an update to copy and transfer multiple photos. Thank you!

It still won’t connect with iOS 11 after this update

This worked great until my phone updated. Now I can’t even see the pictures on it when I use it with my phone. What a waist. Please iconnect fix your problems!!

My 128 gig pqi iConnect device worked okay on my iPhone 7+ and iPad Pro 10.5 UNTIL I UPGRADED from iOS 10.3.3 to iOS 11. I had filled my device with MP3 files and had been able to see and play the MP3 files before upgrading. Once I upgraded the iOS, I am alternately unable to even see the files, and in the event I can see them, once I select a file to play, the app shuts down. Either way, the expensive storage device has become worthless. NOTE: I AM able to play the files on my MacBook Pro. NOTE 2: I tried to contact pqi directly through the App Store but everything on their site was in Chinese, I think. So that was useless. It’s now about two months after the previous entry (above), and the expensive drive is still a brick. The only way I will be satisfied with this app and 128gig drive is for the app to be fixed or for my money for the pqi drive to be refunded. I am thoroughly disappointed with this company!
