When I was using this app, I was feeling super drowsy and it was a great break from homework. But, I wish it had commands for us to choose from like for example, fall asleep or do what I say. Otherwise, if you need a relaxing break or can’t fall asleep, this app is FANTASTIC!!!!!

Oh my god it worked.
Not just worked, but I seriously felt super compliant. If you asked me to jump off a cliff, I would do it😬😱😴😴 then I felt sleepy but it kept me awake. I was fully entranced and stared at it till my phone died.

So yeah I got the app and it works I used it to hypnotize my brother and he fell asleep pretty much at least I’m pretty sure anyway don’t know if this will work for hypnotherapists but it definitely work for me and I do recommend downloading this
