    I have had Expreas VPN for over a year and a few times prior to my current subscription, but it has not really worked. I need a VPN to access my Gmail account emails while I am traveling in China. China does not really block Gmails on your phone if you have a foreign SIM card roaming on local wireless networks. Sometime it may take a little longer for your new emails to show up in your inbox. I try to save on expensive roaming data cost to use wifi or via a local SIM card. It does not really work. It certainly does not work all that well on your computer when you use wifi. I ended up using my phone's hotpot. Cost of international wireless roaming data is expensive. The worst part was it blocks internet even I turned off "Block internet when VPN connection is interrupted". After I tried to use it once, it could not connect me to any servers, it will block internet connection. Also it blocks internet after I reboot my phone even I have not used the app or turned it on, very annoying. I don't know where they got all those 5 star reviews: it's definitely not a 5 star app.

    I am going to find VPN service. It will often not connect because it says too many devices are wrong, which is not correct. Every time I contact customer service they reset my password without my permission which delays my work even further. I no longer want this service and I’ve been with them for years.

    So I bought this VPN to use in my vacation to China. The number of times it dropped and length of time it took to connect to a new IP was quite frustrating. I hope it improves before my next trip.

    Your service blocks critical banking and financial sites as well as many others from being used while on. This is very frustrating.

    No option to edit subscription. App sends you to website. On website the button to edit it is hidden.

    Had used it and paid premium for a while but then it just became slower and just then started comparing with other VPNs and i felt taken advantage of for such a high price. Suddenly, it seemed like every time I would search for VPN as a product to see know more about other providers, EXPRESS VPN kept coming up as recommended in almost every blog or related websites, something that seemed extremely odd. As a Marketing Professional, I would always find suspicious a company that only has 5 stars and claims having tons of users who voluntarily recommend it. As beautiful as that sounds, marketing doesn’t really work that way and too many brands are making this same mistake already. Today, it is easily confirmed by filtering the Apple store reviews by ‘recent’, and you can genuinely read how people feel about this app. All that time spent posting 5 stars reviews to mask the real ones gotta be expensive, boring and stressful…
